The Van Winkle Law Firm believes in the power of teamwork and the importance of togetherness. We not only exhibit that ideal in the work we do with our clients, but in a shared love of music by many of our attorneys. As a fun way to spend quality time with each other as a team, and with our clients in mind, we’ve been working for the past few months on a holiday cover album, featuring some of our favorite holiday songs.
Led by Attorney Mark Pinkston, the band we’ve dubbed Band Winkle is a fun way for us to express ourselves and feel all the closer as a team. Throughout the years, Mark has often provided music, lighting, and sound for our firm’s internal events. It was at one of these events that a few of our other attorneys joined in to reveal their own musical talents. Ranging from mandolin, to banjo to vocals, the variety of musical talent in our team became apparent. That was when the idea of forming a firm band began to take shape.
Band Winkle’s New Holiday Twist
For several years now, we have been sending out firm holiday cards as a friendly tradition and a way to show our clients how much we care about them and their families. Each year, we task ourselves to come up with a unique and creative holiday card, ranging from pop-up cards to silly caricature drawings. With Band Winkle in full swing, we decided to make the 2017 holiday card really memorable by combining the card with a cheerful holiday cover album, featuring our own musicians and singers. It is a personal touch to offer our best wishes for the holiday season.
