Emma Hodson is a lawyer with The Van Winkle Law Firm’s Litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Lee M. Jackwig of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa. While earning her law degree, Hodson served as Articles & Notes editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, a teaching assistant for a legal research and writing course, and the chief justice of the student body.
