Franc honored for 20 years of service to Meals on Wheels

April 24, 2008 — Peggy Franc, a paralegal with The Van Winkle Law Firm, was recently honored for her two decades of service to Meals on Wheels of Asheville & Buncombe County.  An extensive article in the March 2008 issue of the organization's newsletter highlighted Franc's history with the organization and why she finds working with the elderly clients so gratifying. "There's just something so unbelievably rewarding that you can establish a connection with these older people and allow them the right to live out their lives with dignity," she was quoted as saying the newsletter. "It's just a great opportunity to make a difference!"
