Mills to Speak on Recovery Zone Facility Bonds
The Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development will be hosting a lunch presentation on Recovery Zone Facility Bonds on Wednesday, November 18th from 12:30 - 2pm. The event will take place in the Community Room of the Henderson County Historic Courthouse on Main Street. There is no cost to attend the lunch meeting, but you must RSVP.
Presentations will be made by bond counsel representative Donald Ubell of Parker Poe, and borrowers counsel representative Anna Mills of The Van Winkle Law Firm. Both will be able to answer questions that you may have about how to qualify and utilize a portion of Henderson County’s allocation. Representatives from financial institutions with interest in supplying a letter of credit to support the bond process will also be in attendance.
If you are considering a significant expansion or new construction, Recovery Zone Facility bonds may be a viable funding source for your project. Please attend the luncheon on November 18th to learn more.
