Constitutional Law Specialist Interviewed
Carleton Metcalf, an attorney experienced in constitutional law and civil rights, offered his comments and analysis recently in two interviews on WMYA-TV on constitutional issues and the confirmation hearings for Judge Sonia Sotomayor. Metcalf’s interviews were conducted live on May 27, 2009 and July 13, 2009. Metcalf chairs the Litigation Practice Group at the Van Winkle Law Firm in Asheville where he has practiced since 1997.
