As a member of the firm's Business and Litigation Groups, Tracy's practice concentrates on civil and business litigation, corporate bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. Before relocating to Asheville, she worked with the Bankruptcy, Workouts and Reorganization Practice Group in the Atlanta office of Alston & Bird, LLP. She also was the Managing Partner of a telecommunications company headquartered in Vienna, Austria which specialized in systems designed to integrate landline telephone equipment with wireless communications networks, such as cellular telephone and private mobile radio networks.
