Suzannah Plemmons Justus

Suzannah joined Van Winkle’s Real Estate team in 2006. Suzannah’s practice focuses on representing individuals, businesses and lenders in residential and commercial real estate matters. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, easements, rights of way and loan documentation; conducting research pertaining to development, planned communities, condominiums and a wide range of other real estate matters; drafting other various real estate and loan agreements; and closing real estate transactions.

Suzannah also assists developers and community associations with drafting, reviewing and amending contracts and governing documents, such as restrictive covenants.
