Bob is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law and has been practicing law with the Van Winkle Firm since 1978. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a frequent lecturer and workshop participant of the Probate and Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
