Melissa represents businesses and individuals in complex class action and civil litigation matters and trial in banking and financial services, intellectual property, business torts and contracts, shareholder rights, and significant injury.
Melissa is licensed and admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arizona and North Carolina, as well as the North Carolina Business Court. She has significant trial experience in state and federal courts, and has practiced before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
