Meet Lindsay

Lindsay joined The Van Winkle Law Firm in 2008 and focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, land use and property owner associations. She is admitted to practice in the North Carolina State Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and the Tribal Courts of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Practice Highlights

  • Represents developers and other landowners in commercial and residential contracts, acquisitions, sales, financing, due diligence, leases, zoning matters, title issues and real property disputes.
  • Represents banks as lender counsel in commercial financing transactions.
  • Provides legal support to property owner associations with regard to corporate governance issues, preparation of restrictive covenants and amendments, and enforcement and collection matters.
