Larry C. Harris, Jr.

Since joining The Van Winkle Law Firm in 1983, Larry has practiced in the areas of business and commercial law. This includes the formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employment issues, taxation, collections, and foreclosures.

Larry is a member of the business section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Practice Highlights

• Represented a heavy equipment manufacturer in a multi-million dollar sale of a dealership requiring Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.
• Represented a restaurant franchisee in a corporate split-up resulting in franchisee selling ownership of more than 30 stores.
• Represented a petroleum product distributor in numerous acquisitions, over a period of more than 25 years, resulting in growth into one of the area’s largest distributors.
