Jones joined Van Winkle in 1995 after spending over two decades as a partner in a neighboring Asheville firm. Jones’s practice continues to focus on civil litigation and dispute resolution. In his active eminent domain practice, Jones represents landowners and one utility condemnor, and he lectures from time to time in the eminent domain field.
