Jeff is the newest member of Van Winkle’s Healthcare practice group. He is actively involved in all facets of the group’s litigation efforts and maintains a personal interest in Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law and US Supreme Court History. Jeff has also been published in the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, and he is licensed in both North and South Carolina.

Practice Highlights

• Defended an automobile negligence case where liability was admitted. Limited plaintiff's recovery to one dollar.
• Published in Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law: State Regulation of Unsolicited Bulk Commercial E-Mail and the Dormant Commerce Clause. Also served as Managing Editor of publication.
