Jeff joined The Van Winkle Law Firm in 2008, bringing to the firm experience in providing a broad array of tax advice. His work includes business transactions and operations including mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, tax treatment of partnerships, partners, corporations and shareholders, and state and local tax issues.
