Emma J. Hodson

Emma is an attorney with The Van Winkle Law Firm's Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining The Van Winkle Law Firm, Emma served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Lee M. Jackwig of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa. She received her law degree from the University of North Carolina in 2010. While in law school, Emma served as an Articles & Notes Editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, a teaching assistant for a legal research and writing course, and the Chief Justice of the Student Body.
