Elizabeth C. Franks

Liz joined The Van Winkle Law Firm in 2012 and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She practiced law for two years in southern Ohio before relocating to Asheville in 2008, where she worked at the United States Attorney’s Office for over four years. Liz most recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Max O. Cogburn, Jr., United States District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.
