Practice Highlights

• Represented sellers of 1,000 acres in upscale golf course community.
• Cindy has 27 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including preparation and negotiation of leases, contracts and easements. She also has extensive experience in representing developers in purchases of large acreage.
• Served as in-house counsel for the real estate department of McDonald’s Corporation for 10 years. Here she handled real estate transactions throughout the United States, the last two handling transactions in New York City and Long Island.
