Anna primarily works with clients to help them successfully buy and sell businesses and finance their businesses. She also counsels businesses and nonprofits regarding corporate, contract, intellectual property issues and emerging issues related to sustainable products and services. Related to her interest in the arts, she assists artists, writers and others with contracts and intellectual property issues. 

Practice Highlights

• Represented a national company in multiple business acquisitions with a total value in excess of $90 million.
• Conducted due diligence investigation for client that uncovered substantial questions regarding ownership of assets. As a result, the client avoided buying assets that were later the subject of multimillion dollar litigation.
• Served as local counsel in a $60 million stock sale.
• Represented the issuer in a $28 million bond issuance.
• Represented the borrower in an $18 million credit facility.
• Served as local counsel for the borrower in a $60 million credit facility.
• Served as local counsel for a foreign bank in a €119 million credit facility.
