Meet Anna

Anna is the Principal in Charge of Van Winkle's Charlotte office. Her attention to detail and experience, including time as an in-house attorney, makes her an ideal legal counsel for business clients.

BUSINESS LAW PRACTICE

  • Counsels business owners regarding transitions, including mergers, asset sales, strategic investments, and other transactions.
  • Serves as North Carolina counsel in multi-state transactions.
  • Represents companies, investors, and lenders in equity investments (including seed rounds) and lending transactions.
  • Works with in-house counsel and business owners to efficiently manage company entities, contracts, and UCC filings.
  • Advises companies and individuals purchasing businesses, including purchase agreements, entity formation and financing.
