The ideal candidate will have 0-3+ years of litigation experience related to civil litigation, patent infringement, antitrust, class actions, and business matters. Solid knowledge of related legal principles, practices, processes, and research methods, excellent academic credentials and writing skills, solid references and a demonstrated ability to handle significant responsibility required.
